The employer is required to keep and post a notice of the FMLA requirements in an open and obvious location for its employees to see. The notice should contain information about filing complaints if the employer fails to comply with the requirements of the FMLA. The information should also address issues regarding the employee's rights and the employer's obligations under the FMLA.

What is the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE)? Both the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate passed FACE in 1994. President Clinton signed FACE into law in 1994. FACE is a federal law that was passed in order to protect reproductive health facilities and their staff from violent threats and assaults.
Guardian Ad Litem
What is a guardian ad litem? A minor cannot be a party to a lawsuit without assistance. Therefore, when a minor is a party to a lawsuit, the court appoints a guardian ad litem to represent the minor.
Paternity Fraud
Paternity fraud occurs when a mother or alleged father acts in a deceitful manner to either establish paternity or to show that paternity does not exist. For example, the mother may place an alleged father's name on a birth certificate who is not the biological father. The mother or alleged father may also tamper with the paternity test results.
